Recipes wanted for intercultural cookbook - Kochrezepte für ein interkulturelles Kochbuch gesucht!

The foundation Geschwister-Gummi-Stiftung in cooperation with the language promotion project "Schreibwerkstatt Grenzenlos" are looking for original recipes for an intercultural cookbook. Do you have a favourite recipe from your home country, which you would like to publish? What is special about it? Why is this dish significant to you? If you would like to contribute a recipe to this cookbook, please contact tina.bartelmess@uni-bayreuth.de by 15 January 2023.
Die Geschwister-Gummi-Stiftung sowie das Sprachförderprojekt "Schreibwerkstatt Grenzenlos" suchen nach originellen Rezepten für ein intercultural Kochbuch.
